These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Nutrra LLC. By accessing or using Nutrra, including our website, mobile application, community features, job marketplace, messaging tools, facility pages, recruiter tools, notifications, content, or related services, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Nutrra on behalf of a hospital, healthcare facility, staffing agency, recruiting organization, employer, school, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” include both you individually and the organization you represent.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use Nutrra.

  • These Terms apply to nurses, nursing students, recruiters, facilities, employers, agencies, advertisers, content contributors, and visitors.
  • Additional policies may apply to specific features, including privacy, subscriptions, payments, advertising, promotions, job postings, or verification.
  • If there is a conflict between these Terms and a feature-specific agreement signed by Nutrra, the signed agreement controls for that feature.

Verification may include review of information such as name, email, phone number, employer affiliation, license state, license number, credential documents, identity documents, organization details, domain ownership, authorization letters, or other supporting materials.

Verification is designed to improve trust and safety, but it is not a guarantee that a user, recruiter, employer, facility, job, credential, license, or organization is legitimate, current, qualified, compliant, or suitable.

  • You authorize Nutrra to review verification information and, where applicable, use third-party services or publicly available sources to assist with verification.
  • You must not upload forged, altered, expired, misleading, or unauthorized documents.

Job listings are provided by third parties or platform users unless clearly stated otherwise. Nutrra does not guarantee that any job listing is accurate, active, available, compliant, complete, or suitable.

  • Recruiters and facilities are responsible for ensuring job postings are truthful, lawful, current, non-discriminatory, and compliant with wage, employment, licensing, credentialing, and advertising laws.
  • Nurses are responsible for evaluating job details, facility requirements, compensation, tax treatment, stipends, contracts, benefits, licensing requirements, clinical expectations, and employment terms before applying or accepting an offer.
  • Nutrra does not guarantee interviews, offers, assignments, hiring decisions, pay, shifts, start dates, credentialing approval, onboarding completion, or continued employment.
  • Nutrra may allow users to save, like, share, report, review, comment on, or apply to jobs.
  • Submitting an application through Nutrra may share your profile, resume, contact information, application answers, or related materials with the recruiter, facility, employer, or agency associated with the listing.

12. Advertising, Sponsored Content, and Promotions

Nutrra may display advertisements, sponsored posts, sponsored jobs, promoted facilities, recruiter campaigns, featured content, brand placements, or other promotional materials. Sponsored or paid placements may be labeled where required or appropriate.

Advertisers, recruiters, facilities, and organizations are responsible for ensuring their promotional content is accurate, lawful, substantiated, non-discriminatory, and compliant with applicable advertising, employment, healthcare, privacy, and consumer protection rules.

  • Sponsored placement does not mean Nutrra endorses the advertiser, employer, facility, job, product, service, compensation, or claims.
