Nutrra may process limited professional credentialing or employment-related information that can be sensitive, such as nursing license details, identity verification documents, employment history, and credential records. Nutrra does not ask users to submit patient medical records or protected health information as part of ordinary platform use.

Because Nutrra is a nursing community and career platform, users must take special care not to disclose patient-identifying information, protected health information, confidential workplace information, or restricted clinical materials.

  • Do not post patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, photographs, room numbers, clinical screenshots, case details, or any information that could reasonably identify a patient.

  • Nutrra may remove, restrict, preserve, or report content that appears to include protected health information, confidential information, illegal content, or serious safety risks.
  • Nutrra is not designed to be a HIPAA-covered medical record system, electronic health record, or clinical documentation platform.

4. How We Use Information

5. Job Applications and Recruiter Visibility

When you apply to a job, interact with a recruiter, save a job, submit application materials, or engage with facility-related features, Nutrra may share relevant information with the recruiter, facility, employer, staffing agency, organization administrator, or hiring team connected to that opportunity.

  • Nutrra does not guarantee employment, interview selection, hiring decisions, compensation, placement, credentialing approval, or recruiter response.

6. Community Content, Reviews, and Public Activity

Some Nutrra features allow you to post or interact with content that may be visible to other users. This may include community posts, comments, reactions, facility reviews, job comments, group discussions, professional resources, and profile activity.

Depending on the feature and your settings, your name, profile photo, professional title, specialty, location, verification status, and activity may be visible to other users.

  • Do not share information you do not want other users to see or preserve.
  • Community content may be copied, saved, reported, moderated, indexed internally, or viewed by users outside your intended audience depending on feature design.
